OnBoardSUP Yoga classes are traditional Yoga classes taught on the water on floating boards. Your mat is a stand up paddle board; the world is your studio and all the elements have been invited – sun, wind, water and seals… Enjoy learning while adapting to the motion of the board, the continuous challenge to balance, the instant instability created by minor energy and weight shifts, and the focus required to ground while afloat. Change is the only constant in life. On the water we learn to flow and enjoy the ride!

Special Class Wednesday Thanksgiving Week
After easily learning the basics of Stand Up Paddling, students train in intervals for more of a Cardio workout. We’ll add core exercises on the board to our morning workout. Using many standard land exercises you will be amazed at the benefit of doing them while balancing on the board. A series of classes is suggested for maximum results. All levels welcome.
